Trilogy will receive its annual fire ant treatment on July 5th. The irrigation needs to be turned off on July 4th before 9 p.m. The water will be back on July 6. The technicians will arrive between 6:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. They are advising everyone to keep pets indoors or in the backyard. They also don't want any landscape or remodeling projects to be done in the front.
This month we are receiving our seasonal flowers for the summer. The date is the 20th when we will begin planting. We have removed the old flowers and are over turning the soil. Next, we will add amendments to the soil and check the irrigation. That way the planters are ready before the new flowers arrive.
This month we will start the aeration of the lawns. There was a setback with the machine needing repairs. If you see small plugs on top of the lawn, that means it was aerated.
The lawn irrigation is watered four times a day. The start time is 5 a.m., 5 p.m., 10 p.m., and 1 a.m.; running for three minutes each start time. Plants are watered twice a day starting at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.; running for seven minutes each start time.
