Are members allowed to make comments about an agenda topic during a board meeting?
Yes, during a board meeting there are request to speak ("Speaker Card") available on the information table. The form should be filled out completely and submitted to either the board president or general manager at the meeting.
What are Talking Points with the GM?
Talking Points with the General Manager (GM) is a time to engage homeowners on HOA living and issues that affect them directly. Meetings take place every Tuesday at 4 p.m. in the Grand Living Room.

What are the Café Solaz hours of operation?
Café Solaz is open Monday - Saturday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. The Café is closed on Sundays.
Do renters need to pay a fee to use the fitness/sports complex amenities?
Yes, per the Rules and Regulations, renters shall receive a Renter ID Card from the Member Services Desk for an administrative fee.
When does Sunshine Landscape begin work in the mornings?
Our landscape contractor begins their service each morning at 7 a.m.
When is trash pick-up day?
Trash pick-up is Mondays. Generally, the trash pick schedule is 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the scheduled day. After the trash containers have been emptied by the collection service, they must be removed from the street or other visible areas.
What holidays are observed for trash pickup?
Burrtec only recognizes six holidays per year; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. Those holidays push back service by one day.
What can be done to enforce owners to pick up after their dogs?
Most pet owners are very considerate, especially when it comes to this issue. It is a very small percentage, if not strays that are the offenders. The Association's responsibility and resources are limited on private property with respect to this issue, but certainly pursue what we can by way of, broadcast reminders, notice, and asking all homeowners to respect another's property.
