Awesome Cardio Core – A form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity interval training. A heart rate and metabolic based workout combining cardio and strength exercises. Core: A balanced strengthening program for the core muscles that can be used for injury prevention. Rehabilitation and sport performance. Combining slow or even static exercises for endurance, with some power core movement for strength. Finishing with 10 min of stretching. All levels welcome
